In the space of Queen’s Park Ballroom, the team at Stemz Event Design & Floral designed a breathtaking scene of the royal gardens à la 2015 — a mystical and magical getaway, the Shangri-La Hotel, Toronto. In this magical destination, guests were able to pause at the exhibition of fine cakes and pastries by Bobbette & Belle, where they re-interpreted the traditional Chinese wedding cake.

Frank Rea Event Design and A to Z Event Management created an energetic scene of a marketplace. While capturing the incredible energy and buzz of a traditional night time market, they elevated it as a part of a luxurious and fun event experience for both private and corporate event hosts. 

Captured in the background of many Hong Kong films, dai pai dongs are often featured in cinema, reflecting their significance and presence in the everyday lives of locals and tourists alike. In this space, Nous Design Group, Ikonica, and The Wedding Cake Shoppe helped guests relive the memories of old Hong Kong streets with a modern and elevated twist.

The Royal Jade Dining Table, designed by Jackie O Floral Affairs & Event Design in partnership with Bliss Events was inspired by the Imperial Summer Palace and the Taihe Dian in Beijing. These spaces were known in history to have held the most important banquets including the Emperor’s birthdays and celebrations of New Year.

In the Summerhill Room, inspired by Maison Valentino, red can be modern, powerful, and bold. Discover this dramatically passionate room created by Cynthia Martyn Events and Fuscia Designs.

In the Osgoode Room, Fabulous Occasions and D & D Floral Designs created a new interpretation on the colour red.
